Once you have inquired about an order and a total has been given, you have 48 hours to send your deposit to reserve your spot. No Deposit = No Order.

Provide the date you need your order to be picked up. If you need to change your date contact me 2 weeks in advance or else your order will be canceled. Deposits are non refundable.
Please Message me the day before for pickup time confirmation and address. Please specify if you'll be bringing cash or will send your remaining balance through Venmo or Zelle

Once order is confirmed be ready to send your 50% deposit (non refundable) via Venmo or Zelle.
No Deposit = No Order.

Please allow 1-2 business days to respond. Minimum 2 week notice for cakes (3 weeks for custom or big orders). Cupcakes & other treats 1 week notice.

Please respect your scheduled pickup time. I have multiple people picking up so please arrive on time.

Communicate if you'll be early or running late, I will not hold any orders for the next day.
Once you arrive message me with the make and color of your car do someone will bring your order out to you.

Bring exact change or Venmo/Zelle your remaining balance prior to pickup.
If you don't have a passenger to hold the cake, place it on a flat surface. I recommend the passenger footwell and not on a seat.

Please handle cake with care and aivoid direct sunlight or a hot car. (Your cake will melt!)

Once at home cakes and treats must be refrigerated unless cake is covered in fondant.

Once orders are picked up I cannot be held responsible for any damages.
